Spa Policies
Scheduling: A credit card is required to hold your reservation.
Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to modify or cancel an appointment to avoid being charged 50% of the scheduled service. Cancellations/modifications with less than 12 hours notice will be charged the full cost of the service.
Tranquility: Please place cell phones on silent prior to entering the spa.
Arrival: New clients please arrive 10 mins prior to your appointment so we can have a meet and greet and discuss your treatment needs. Repeat clients please arrive at least 5 mins prior to your appointment start time so you may benefit from the full time of your session.
Late Arrivals: As a respect to the client after you, late arrivals will receive the remain time of their originally scheduled appointment.
Minors: Guests 16 years old or younger must be accompanied by an adult in the treatment room. For the comfort of our guests, children under the age of 10 years old are not permitted within the spa.
Payment: We accept cash or credit cards. We do not accept personal checks.
Tipping: A tip is a special way to say "thank you for a job well done". Please consider tipping your therapist directly or if you prefer we can provide a Thank You envelope at checkout.
